Weekend Retreat

Thursday - Sunday | April 23 - 26, 2026

TOMALES BAY, CA

A Reset

It’s not discipline or willpower that’s the problem.

Over time, the pressure to keep up with life makes it harder to know what you actually need and to trust yourself when you do.

Let us show you another way forward.

Meet Your Hosts

  • Tereza Dvorak

    M.S., LGPC, RYT 200

Tereza is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and retreat guide from Northern California, currently based in Baltimore. In both the therapy room and the yoga studio, she has seen how chronic stress limits access to insight, flexibility, and meaningful change. She has also seen how those capacities return when the body is supported rather than pushed. She creates spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild sustainable capacity. Her work bridges clinical psychology and embodied practice, grounded in evidence-based approaches to stress, nervous system regulation, and resilience.

  • Kristina (Kiki) Dvorak

    RETREAT HOST & EVENT MANAGER

Kristina is a San Francisco based event manager and retreat host who brings creativity and care to every experience she curates. By day, she is an event manager and finds balance through her daily yoga practice. Kristina often spends her weekends walking her dog in the magic of Northern California’s coastal landscapes. Her passion lies in creating opportunities for you to create everlasting memories and she is excited to share with you her love for this landscape.

Retreat Framework

This weekend retreat is not an escape from your life. It is a deliberate pause. A chance to settle your nervous system, step out of constant doing, and allow your path forward to become clearer.

When the body feels safe enough to slow down, clarity can arise naturally. From this grounded place, energy begins to return, perspective widens, and meaningful insight becomes accessible without forcing change or searching for answers.

The retreat unfolds in three intentional phases, blending neuroscience, clinical psychology, and yoga to support real, lasting change. Rather than pushing for breakthroughs, the retreat works with the nervous system, creating the conditions for clarity, energy, and self-trust to emerge.

  • We begin by slowing down.

Through gentle movement, grounding practices, and spacious rest, the nervous system is supported in letting go of urgency, tension, and the habit of pushing through. Rather than striving for insight or change, we focus on creating safety and steadiness in the body — the foundation for everything that follows.

This phase invites you to arrive fully, soften effort, and feel what it’s like to be supported without needing to perform.

  • From a place of greater steadiness, energy begins to return.

Restore is about replenishing what’s been depleted — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Practices during this phase support deep rest, reflection, time in nature, and gentle inquiry into how energy is spent, held, and renewed.

Here, restoration isn’t about fixing or optimizing. It’s about rebuilding internal reserves so clarity and resilience can emerge naturally.

  • This final phase supports integration, reflection, and intention-setting as you prepare to return home. Through movement, meditation, and guided inquiry, you’ll reconnect with your values, inner guidance, and a felt sense of what is sustainable moving forward.

Rather than leaving with a to-do list, participants leave with clarity, self-trust, and a grounded sense of direction.

A detailed daily schedule will be shared prior to the retreat.

FAQs

Please visit our retreat policies page if you would like to learn more.

  • No prior yoga experience is required. The practices offered are accessible, invitational, and designed to support rest and nervous system settling rather than physical intensity or performance.

You’re always encouraged to listen to your body, modify, or opt out of any portion of the practices. This retreat is designed to meet you where you are, not to ask you to push past your limits.

If you have questions or concerns about fit, we’re always happy to talk.

  • Each day, we offer two practices. One is an energizing all-levels vinyasa with options to soften or intensify, allowing you to meet your body’s energy and connect with your strength, confidence, and center.

The other is a slower, somatic flow that encourages grounding, release, and mindful awareness.

Through attentive presence in our movement, we cultivate nonjudgmental awareness on the mat and learn to carry this ease and clarity with us into the world.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Every movement offered is optional, not mandatory. Participants are encouraged to choose what serves them and to rest whenever needed.
