  • "Tereza brings such a grounding presence to her classes. Her delivery is approachable, kind, and deeply thoughtsful, creating a space that feels welcoming and supportive for all bodies. You can feel her care in the way she teachers - steady, attentive and inclusive."

    - Dani Reidy, Owner Arrow Yoga

  • “Felt more relaxed during the practice than I’ve felt in I don’t even know how long.”

    - Maya Basik

  • "Anyone can teach a yoga class; not everyone can teach yoga while standing fully in their truth. That’s the gift Tereza offers. In a space that can so easily slip into performance, she embodies something rarer: quiet integrity, depth, and the courage to be unapologetically herself. I’ve returned to her classes for years because that thread of humanity she weaves through each practice has shaped me not only as a practitioner and teacher, but as a person. To experience Tereza is to be reminded of what yoga is really about. Anyone would be lucky to step into her orbit."

    - Samantha Sherer

  • "Tereza was one of the very first teachers I had when beginning my yoga journey. What once felt intimidating quickly became grounding and expansive…a space I came to see as a comforting home away from home. Beyond her classes, I’ve joined one of her Urban Retreats, which unlocked an even deeper experience for me. Her psychotherapy background adds a rare depth to her teaching, beautifully bridging our physical world with the spiritual one."
