This 60-minute class will take you through a gentle vinyasa flow where you’ll move your body in slow, meditative movements designed to create a sense of release. The movement practice will conclude with a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling at ease.

Join me at Bull Circle in Patterson Park for a yoga class designed to provide you with tools to support your wellbeing mentally, spiritually, and physically.
We typically begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement to warm up, followed by 30 minutes of vinyasa flow to activate muscles and promote mobility. The session concludes with 15 minutes of cool-down and meditation.
