Northern California Coast

April 2026 | Sign Ups Open September 2025

A coastal retreat to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

A Release

This retreat is an invitation to let go - of urgency, of performance, of doing too much for too long. It is rest, not escape. The kind of rest that softens your nervous system, and reminds you what it’s like to be you.

Our philosophy

We believe movement, nature, and presence are medicine. Our intention is to hold space for you to exhale fully, return to your body, and begin to trust the pace of your own unfolding.

What to Expect

  • Yoga Asana & Philosophy

You can expect a blend of energizing vinyasa and grounding slow flows. Each class weaves in yogic philosophy to encourage presence, self-inquiry, and a deeper connection to the world around you.

  • Time in Nature

Unstructured time is built into each day to connect with the land — whether you’re reading in the sun, walking barefoot on the sand, or wandering among the trees. It’s an invitation to slow down and listen.

  • Curated Simplicity

We’ll gather for shared activities like farm-to-table dinners, guided hikes, and seasonal offerings around the property - thoughtfully designed to build deeper connections to this special place.
